Old Trafford Exit For Mata, Blind As Fosu-Mensah Enters Extension Talks
According to Sky Sports, neither player is wanted by new manager Jose Mourinho, who will sell if acceptable bids come in.
Mata, in particular, had hoped to make up with Mourinho at United after having a bad fallout with the coach at Chelsea and was sold on the recommendation of the Portuguese tactician popularly called the ‘Special One’.
Meanwhile, Voetbal International is reporting that the Old Trafford club is in talks with Timothy Fosu-Mensah.
According to the Dutch media outfit, Fosu-Mensah could be the next Manchester United talent that will sign a contract extension. Jose Mourinho is a fan of the Dutch/Ghana defender and United directors are already in talks with the player’s representatives.
