see the new LG G4 smartphone

LG G4
The LG G4 is a formidable entrant to this year’s flagship smartphone roster, but it seems LG may have more in store for the device.
Specifically, a spin-off sequel for the handset called the LG G4 Pro, which we’ve already heard about in previous leaks.
A new report, however, seemingly reveals the entire spec sheet for the much-mooted Pro smartphone.
The source is cited as a post on Chinese site Weibo, and comes courtesy of mobiltelefon.ru. As such, take this entire report with a truckload of salt.
The main thing to take away from the leak is that the LG G4 Pro is tipped to carry a Snapdragon 820 processor. That’s in contrast to the LG G4’s Snapdragon 808.
The flagship mobile chip was announced by Qualcomm back in March, although it’s yet to make it to any devices.

We still don’t know much about the chip, other than that it will use the equally mysterious “Kyro CPU” to handle processing. Stay tuned.
The report goes on to reference 4GB of RAM, a sizeable 27-megapixel rear snapper, and an 8-megapixel front-facing sensor.
There’ll purportedly be two storage options – 32GB and 64GB – and a 5.8-inch QHD display.
It’s also tipped that the LG G4 Pro release date will fall in late October, although it’s not clear exactly when. Could the company announce the device at IFA in September, perhaps?

Just last week, we heard a report that suggested the LG G4 Pro would also ship with a sturdy, metal finish.
That’s in contrast to the leather and plastic variants on offer with the company’s flagship LG G4 smartphone.
If you can’t wait to see the LG G4 Pro in the flesh, perhaps our hands-on LG G4
