The premiere date for the season 2 of the empire announced

Empire fans, mark your calendars!! A premiere date has been announced for season 2 of the popular hip-hop drama!
Season 2 will debut Wednesday, September 23, according to the Twitter page of the show’s writers. While it does mean we have to wait 3 whole months until we get a new episode of the ratings juggernaut, at least the
anticipation about when the Lyons family will return to our small screens is over.
As we previously reported, season 2 will feature guest stars like Alicia Keys, Lenny Kravitz, and Chris Rock. Ne-Yo will also be along for the ride by creating new music for the show.
