Patricia Allen Arrested For Allowing Her Three Children Drown(VIDEO)

Patricia Allen is facing charges after three of her five children recently drowned in a swimming pool, according to the Iriving Police Department.

Three young children are dead after drowning in a swimming pool while their mother was busy with her cellphone, police in Texas said.
The 30-year-old Patricia Allen, after being accused of allowing her children to go into a deep swimming pool and texting on her cellphone as they drowned, was charged with injury to a child.
A witness told investigators that Allen was distracted by her cellphone and did not watch her three children in the pool.
Two other witnesses said that when they got to the pool, the three children were missing and Patricia Allen was doing nothing to find or rescue them.
The three children were identified as 11-year-old Anthony Smith, 10-year-old August Smith, and 9-year-old Treshawn Smith.
Child Protective Services took custody of the woman’s surviving children, a 3 year old and a 6 year old.
